On the morning of January 9, 2021, Nam Can Tho University held a seminar on new technologies in modern cars. The workshop aimed to improve knowledge and ability to apply new technologies to research and development activities. automotive products for the team of engineers, officials, and lecturers of the university, and contribute to enhancing knowledge and learning motivation for students of the Faculty of Mechanical Dynamics, especially final year students in participating in internships and practice.

The workshop took place with the participation of many leading professors, doctors, and experts in the automotive field

There were 13 reports presented in the workshop from leading researchers, scientists, and experts in automotive technology at institutes, universities, companies, and enterprises with training and business in the field of automobile technology. Research content in many fields such as trends and challenges of the automotive industry in the world and in Vietnam; technologies for electric vehicles, self-driving cars, new technologies for engines, cars, and automobile assemblies, new materials, new fuels, and emissions treatment; vehicle control technology, etc. Besides, there were also presentations by experts from Toyota, Truong Hai automobile, and SDE company presenting about new technologies in Toyota and Mazda cars, and new design methods in modern software.
