NAM CAN THO UNIVERSITY INAUGURATED DNC SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION CENTER

After more than 10 years of establishment, Nam Can Tho University (DNC) has invested 10,000 billion VND in construction infrastructure, equipment, etc.

On July 20th, 2023, Nam Can Tho University organized an inauguration ceremony for the Software Development and Application Center belonging to DNC.

The DNC Software Development and Application Center is located on the campus of Nam Can Tho University (An Binh Ward, Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho City), with a scale of seven floors and an area of construction floor of more than 7,500 m², with a total investment of about 100 billion VND.

Doctor Nguyen Van Quang, the Rector of Nam Can Tho University, said that after more than 10 years of establishment, the university has invested 10,000 billion VND for infrastructure and modern equipment, including an administrative building, a building for functional departments, lecture buildings, a laboratory area, a multifunctional area, an electronic library, a student dormitory with 2,000 seats, and the Nam Can Tho University Hospital, among others. The infrastructure of Nam Can Tho University is now sufficient to provide services to about 19,000 students and trainees for exercise, scientific research, entertainment, and training for physical health.  

Before that, on July 7th, 2023, Nam Can Tho University opened the DNC Multi-purpose Sports Area with high quality, meeting international standards for competition in basketball, tennis, badminton, and pickleball, with an investment of 30 billion VND.
