DECISION

Granting the Certificate of Education Quality Accreditation to
Nam Can Tho University

DIRECTOR

THE EDUCATION QUALITY ACCREDITATION CENTER

   Based on Circular No. 61/2012/TT-BGDĐT issued on December 28, 2012 by the Minister of Education and Training, which promulgates the Regulation on the conditions for the establishment and dissolution, tasks, and powers of education quality accreditation organizations;

   Based on Circular No. 12/2017/TT-BGDĐT issued on May 19, 2017 by the Minister of Education and Training, which promulgates the Regulation on the quality accreditation of higher education institutions;

   Based on Decision No. 3568/QĐ-BGDĐT issued on September 5, 2013 by the Minister of Education and Training, which establishes the Center for Education Quality Accreditation – Hanoi National University;

   Based on Decision No. 5128/QĐ-BGDĐT issued on November 4, 2014 by the Minister of Education and Training, granting a license for education quality accreditation activities to the Center for Education Quality Accreditation - Hanoi National University, and Official Letter No. 5364/BGDĐT-QLCL issued on December 11, 2020, by the Ministry of Education and Training, rearranging organizations and implementing education quality accreditation activities;

   Based on Decision No. 4237/QĐ-ĐHQGHN issued on October 29, 2015 by the Director of Hanoi National University, which promulgates the Regulation on the Organization and Operation of the Center for Education Quality Accreditation - Hanoi National University;

   Based on Resolution No. 51/NQ-HĐKĐCL issued on May 18, 2023 at Session XXII of the Education Quality Accreditation Council, the Education Quality Accreditation Center - Hanoi National University, appraised the results of the education quality assessment of the Nam Can Tho University;

   At the proposal of the Chairman of the Education Quality Accreditation Council and the Head of the Education Quality Assessment and Recognition Department.

DECISION:

  Article 1. Acknowledgment of Nam Can Tho University meeting educational quality standards according to the conditions specified in Article 45 of Circular No. 12/2017/TT-BGDĐT dated May 19, 2017 of the Minister of Education and Training, which implements the regulations on quality accreditation of higher education institutions.

  Article 2. The Educational Quality Accreditation Certificate is to be issued to Nam Can Tho University according to the form registered with the Ministry of Education and Training.

  Article 3. This certificate is valid for five years from the date of issuance.

 Article 4. The Head of Administration - Organization Department, the Head of the Education Quality Assessment and Recognition Department, the members of the Education Quality Accreditation Council, and the legal representative of Nam Can Tho University are responsible for and coordinate to implement this Decision.
