To put scientific research activities into order and manage the topics well. Nam Can Tho University issued Decision No. 412 on June 6, 2021.

With the process of managing the implementation of scientific research activities at the university level, the steps are regulated, the individual responsibility of the unit and the time to complete the content according to the agreed process of timely implementation with quality, contributing to improve the capacity of lecturers in scientific research, and at the same time contribute to the quality of training.
