TBKTSG Online - After the construction project of a general hospital just started before the Lunar New Year, private University Nam Can Tho started construction of the Nam Can Tho DNC car showroom on this morning of February 20, in the South Can Tho residential area (Hung Thanh ward, Cai Rang district, Can Tho city).

Talking to TBKTSG Online , Prof. Dr. Vo Tong Xuan, Rector of Nam Can Tho University, said that the Nam Can Tho DNC car showroom project serves practice, internship, student transportation and is geared towards the needs of students demand for electric cars in the Mekong Delta. This is a 9-seat DNC electric car, using solar energy, researched and manufactured by the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.

The project is 5,400m2 wide  with an investment of more than 155 billion VND, invested by Nam Can Tho University. The Southern Southern Group (HCMC) constructs. The Consulting, Design and Construction Co., Ltd. TAT designs; Scheduled to open in December 2019. Phase 2 will build an auto repair garage, upgrade a car mechanic practice workshop, a food processing workshop, and student housing.

Mr. Xuan also said that Nam Can Tho is the first private university in the Mekong Delta to have the "enterprise within the school" model. The university has cooperated with Southern Southern Group to produce and trade in combination with practical knowledge training for students in the fields of Medicine - Pharmacy, Economics - Law, Engineering - Technology, Architecture - Construction and Environment…

In addition, the university is also cooperating with many large corporations such as TaTa International Group, ISUZU Group, Vingroup Group ... to train professional skills, soft skills for students from the first year to graduation.
