ABSTRACT
This study focuses on determining the factors affecting the job opportunities of students of Nam Can Tho University after graduation. Based on the theory and outline of previous studies, building research models, scale of factors, research hypotheses. From the theoretical foundation of research on job opportunities, the study has built a model of 08 factors, with 45 observed variables including 06 independent factors, 01 dependent factor. Sample size of 270 samples. To carry out this thesis, the author uses qualitative and quantitative research methods. The research has identified the influence of each factor in the model, as well as quantified the feelings of the alumni on the observed variables. Based on the results of factor analysis, draw conclusions and propose some managerial implications for Nam Can Tho University in order to improve students' job opportunities after graduation.
