Function:

Consulting the Board of Rectors about the management and development of academic programs; performing the work of management and training at university, college and vocational levels.

Duties:

• Implementing and organizing the training and education regulations.
• Building development plan, programs, training plans for university, college, and vocational levels
• Consulting the Rector about building and developing academic programs to social demands and the training and education initiatives of the university.
• Managing curricula for full-time programs at university, college and vocational levels.
• Organizing study plan; arranging study and exam schedules for students of all training systems under sphere of control.
• Cooperating with involved departments and offices to evaluate the lecture quality and visiting lecturers’ qualification in order to ensure the teaching quality.
• Managing database, documents of students, certificates verification; issuing certificates, degrees, transcripts, student IDs, certified copies for students at university, college, and vocational levels.
• Cooperating with involved departments and offices to develop and organize domestic and foreign cooperated programs for full-time university and collegial levels.
• Cooperating with faculties and functional divisions to research and renew, complete all the goals, content, training programs, curriculum, structure of knowledge and teaching methods.
• Moderately managing and implementing teaching plans, studying in semester and year for the training systems. Cooperating with involved divisions to use effectively and reasonably study rooms, other existing facilities.
• Cooperating with the department of political education and student affair in emulation, commendation and discipline of students.
• Managing the learning results of students of all training systems, evaluate the quality of training. Managing and issuing of diploma under regulations prescribed by the Ministry and school.
