 Mr. Trinh Hue- vice rector- vice director of NCTU, Associate professor. Dr. Nguyen Tri Khiem- head of economics faculty, Dr. Tran Huu Xinh- head of personnel department,Mr Mai Viet Ut- head of students affairs, Mr. Tran Thanh Tuyen- director of Thien Phuoc company, Mr. Nguyen Van Su- director of Hoang Kim company, the representatives of other companies, lecturers and students attended the ceremony.

NCTU’s canteen is established so as to beautify the campus as well as serve students and lecturers’ expanding demands.
