In the morning of February 23, 2017 Nam Cantho University (NCTU) was honored to welcome Professor Dr. Sellapan Palaniappan – MUST Vice Rector and Mr. Thanga Thurai Vengadasalam – Head of Center for Professional Education of MUST. On the side of NCTU, Dr. Nguyen Tien Dung, NCTU Managing Board Chairman, Dr. Nguyen Van Quang - NCTU Vice Rector, Dr. Dao Duy Huan - NCTU Vice Rector and Heads of other units hosted this welcoming event.
