III.ADMISSIONS:
3.1.University:
- Admission on school profile
- school profile records of 5 high school semesters (semesters 1, grade 10.11, and semesters 1,grade 12 ).
- school profile records of grade 4 high school semester grades (2 semesters grade 11, 2 semester grade 12)
- school profile records of 2 high school semesters (semesters 1, grade or equivalent)
-> Have a combined GPA of 6.0 and over
- Admission on high school graduation exam records
- The selection criteria shall be determined by the Ministry of Education and Training.
3.2. College: passed high school examination

- High school transcripts (with certified copy)
- High school degree (with certified copy)

- Birth certificate
- 4 stamped envelopes
IV. ADMISSION APPLICATION:
1.online application: www.nctu.edu.vn or http://thisinh.thithptquocgia.edu.vn . fill in full information. NCTU will reply the admission result and instruct admission
2. Aplliction via express: fill in “Admission form” .Downloaded at NCTU website or supplied by admission personnel at high schools. Send this form to NCTU
3. Direct application: Candidates bring a copy of their diploma or high school graduation certificate, transcripts and papers certifying the priority regime (if any), contact the admissions department at the University for professional guidance, nd admission guidelines
V. Time and admission fee:
1.Admission time:
- Period 1: from 15/02/2017 to 15/4/2017
- Period: from 16/4/2017 to 30/7/2017.
- Period 3: from 01/8/2017 to 15/9/2017.
- Period 4: from 16/9/2017 to 15/11/2017.
2.Admission fee:
- The admission is free for the apllication that is from the anouncement day to 30/7/2017.
VI. SCHOLARSHIP:
- In 2017, South Can Tho University grants the scholarship that is over 7 billion VND to students as follows:
+ A scholarship of VND 1,000,000 for freshmen with good study records of grade 12.
+ A scholarship of 1,000,000 VND for new students with a combination of 3 subjects from 18 to less than 20 points (transcript selection); From standard to under 18 points (taking the national high school graduation exam 2017).
+ A scholarship of VND2, 000,000 for new students who have a combination of 3 subjects from 20 or higher (transcript selection); 18 points or more (taking the national high school graduation exam 2017).
+ Scholarships for freshmen with the highest score.
+ With many other tuition preferences as prescribed by the school
VII. FACILITIES AND ACCOMODATION:
Students can live in the University dorm with free wifi, cafeteria and on-site library.
