          In the morning of October 27^th 2017, the international conference, training human resources to respond to the socioeconomic process of Mekong Delta region  with a vision to 2030, organized by Nam Can Tho university, The Malaysia university of science and technology and Cuu Long university at NCTU’s great hall.

           Labor hero, people’s teacher, Professor, Dr. Vo Tong Xuan- NCTU rector, Associate professor-Dr Luong Minh Cu-Cuu Long university rector and Associate professor-Dr. Premkumar Rajagopal - MUST hosted the conference with the attention and attendance of local authorities, scientists, educational experts, news agents, businesses, lecturers and students from Mekong delta and Sai Gon

          The conference aiming at Mekong Delta region’s human resource training for  social-economy, administration, tourism, banking, health care, education, vocational training included plenary and delegates’ discussing sessions

          Dr Vo Tong Xuan noticed that the conference was organized in order to identify needs so that solutions and suggestions can be made for Mekong Delta region’s human resources in terms of international integration. Local and international specialists together focused on the question that was how to improve Mekong Delta region’s education and escape from Vietnam’s educational bottom as well as discussed the government’s educational investment, Mekong Delta region’s potentials and human resource drawbacks, challenges for economic growth under the impacts of 4.0 industry. The delegates mentioned some solutions and experience from developed countries in human resource training so as to respond to Mekong Delta region’s socioeconomic development to 2030

          After the plenary session, the conference had 2 discussing sessions. Session 1 was about society-economy, administration, tourism. Session 2 was about banking, tourism, health care, vocational training
