Function

Consulting and assisting to the Board of Directors in managing of finance – accounting according to the law and regulations of the university.

Duties

• Managing sources of revenue, payment of expenses; controlling the observance of revenue-expenditure estimation, as well as the observance of the standards of the university to ensure the reasonable and effective use of the funds.
• Basing on the work plans of the university, the source of revenue from tuition fees and other revenue sources to estimate the monthly revenue and expenditure.
• Advising and assisting the Board of Directors in management of financial resources; suggesting solutions for the requirements of management and economic decisions. 
• Organizing the deployment and dissemination of the rules, regulations and instructions to implement the regimes, financial policies according to the law timely.
• Collecting and processing data of accounting information based on the accounting standards and accounting systems; planning and submitting the financial reports, tax reports and other statistical reports on time.
• Providing information and accounting data according to the law; maintaining store accounting documents and keep secret all documents and accounting data according to regulations.
• Supervising the management and the use of fund; detecting and preventing violations of financial and accounting laws.
• Coordinating with functional units to organize and manage the properties, supplies and equipment of the entire university; supervising the maintenance, upgrade, improvement properties, and the use of the properties.
• Presiding or coordinating with other involved divisions to perform other duties which assigned by the Board of Directors.
