Admission Requirements
The requirements for admission requirements to Nam Can Tho University are based on the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, as well as the rules of the university. In general, admissions decisions are based on either high school transcripts or the results of the high school graduation exam.
1. Admission to high school transcripts
Study records for grades 10, 11, and 12 will be considered.
A minimum final overall average of 60% (GPA 6/10) is required for university programs.
A high school diploma is required for college-level programs.
2. Admission on the result of the high school graduation exam
The admission is based on the results of the graduation exam from high school.
For each program, the overall average scores of three specified courses (Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Literature, History, Geography, Informatics, etc.) will be examined.
The application process and deadline are prescribed by the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Important information
For each program, a minimum mark in the required courses is specified.
For all programs, the admission requirements may vary from year to year depending on the number of applications.
Higher averages are required for admission to programs where demand exceeds the number of places available.
A high school diploma or equivalent must be submitted upon admission to the university.
