Admission counselling

  • Organizing research to identify the training needs, to perform as the basis for developing plan development of the long-term training.
  • Assessing the suitability of training products to the requirements of the employers, giving advice to the Board of Rectors on review and renewal of training, organizing the association and support the training systems according to the policy of the school.
  • Advising and assisting the Board of Rectors in management and implementation of the enrollment procedure prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training as well as the university regulations.
  • Planning the admission procedure and proposing enrollment targets; coordinating with Office of Academic Affairs and other involved units in organizing and implementing the university enrollment, including planning, receiving registration forms, holding exams, grating, admission, and convening admitted candidates.
  • Receiving and processing all kinds of applications, registration forms, and documents relating to the training of university and college levels. Confirm, grant certificates and other papers for students under the jurisdiction of the division.
  • Collecting, analyzing and reporting the data of enrollment; managing enrollment records and students’ profiles (in coordination with other functional units).

Communication

  • Advising and assisting the Board of Directors to create short and long-term plans to build and develop the image of the university.
  • Proposing PR and marketing plans periodically for development, management, transmission and dissemination the image of the university as well as its information and activities.
  • Updating regularly relevant information of the university through different communication channels (TV, newspapers, websites, social networks and other electronic media).
  • Organizing and participating in relevant events to promote the university image. For example, organizing workshops, admissions counseling fairs; involving in social activities, charity events, etc.
  • Coordinating with admission counselling unit and other involved divisions to perform the admission plan.
  • Establishing and remaining the relationships with the media partners, the schools and other educational institutions.
